Dual DVI and HDMI card query

What's the difference between Dual link and Dual DVI ports?

Is a 480Watt Tagan up to the task in a system with 3 hard drives and an overclocked 939 Opteron dual core?

Dual DVI is two DVI connectors. Dual-link is having two data signals per DVI connector to double the resolution each one can do. Displayport is the replacement for DVI, but DVI is fine for now.

So would that card run 2 monitors and an LCD TV simultaneously?

Obviously I don't mind a monitor blanking when I run games or movies on the telly, I just don't want to be faffin' around swapping leads.
