So, I went down for dinner, came back up. Room smelt of smoke, power supply had exploded/burnt out

So I took all my stuff out and sent the case and PSU back.

Meanwhile I'm using an old slow PC.

3 weeks later. I receive the case and power supply back, plug in everything and all the fans work apart from one that shows on the back of the case of the power supply.

In the bios, The Q-FAN was disabled, so I enabled it. Don't know if that helps anything, then I enabled CHA 1 fan, to 800 RPM (this was disabled) and enabled the Cool&Quiet mode.

The fan still didnt work and I had the error CHA 1 fan is too low, so I put it up to 1200RPM and I didn't get the message then it says

"DISK READ ERROR" (the one you get when you need a operating system installed....)

I had recently reformatted my PC and a few days after doing this, the above happened.

Any chance my HDD and motherboard and any other stuff could have been effected when the Power supply burnt out?

Case and power supply: Clicky

Mobo: Asus A8N-E

HDD: Clicky

Anything else you need to know?

You've put one of your links the wrong way round, an exploding PSU could easily have taken out any number of your pc parts, although the PSU you have is actually a decent brand so this makes it a little less likely to have taken anything else out.

Is there a spare/friends PC you can test your other parts in?

I looked in the bios, and I don't know how I missed but the hard drive, ram and video card aren't being picked up, should I replace the whole machine or just the mobo? I think it's better if I replace the whole machine, I been without my PC for 2 months now.
