Dual GPU Question

Before I spend too much time troubleshooting, can anyone confirm if it’s possible to run dual 4060 Ti GPUs for 8 monitor outputs (4 outputs on each card)?

Here’s the setup:

• I’ve installed two 4060 Ti cards in an Asrock B650E TaichiAM5 motherboard, which has two full 16x PCIe slots.
• Both cards are powered by a Corsair 1000W PSU, and they both physically spin up.
• However, in Windows, only one card (the one in the first slot) is detected. GPU-Z also only shows one card.

This setup is for a workstation, not gaming. I plan to test swapping the cards in the first slot, but before I dive deeper, I wanted to check if this configuration is even feasible.

TL;DR: Installed dual 4060 Ti cards in a workstation for 8 monitor outputs, but only one card is detected in Windows. Is this setup possible?

I do have the NVME drive in the second of the two slots on the motherboard so that might be my issue.

Gives me something to work with. Least I know I am not trying to make something that never would.

I am 100% in the number 3 slot looking at the manual. I’ll move it to number 1 and report back.

I didn’t know number 3 would cause the second pcie to be disabled. You learn something new every day.

Just to confirm that moving the NVME drive to slot 1 made the second graphics card work.
