Hi Ive just got 2 19" widescreen monitors with the usual kettle plug power conections. I have a cable which has two kettle plugs on the end of it will this be ok to use so I can run both off of one plug socket and save myself a plug socket?

Yeah it should be, even if it's only a 3 amp rated cable that still gives you a maximum load of 690 Watts on the cable... can't quite see two LCDs using that much!

Can't see any reason why not, I'm sure I've used one with a PC + CRT before and I imagine the CRT alone uses more power than 2x TFTs!

Yes definately ok, we use them at work.

I run my 17" TFT and my system off a dual-plug kettle lead. No problems at all.

Might have to look our for some of these :)
Make one yourself :)

Chop up 2 old leads and combine with a plug from a hardware store, don't know about you but I've got more kettle leads than I know what to do with!
