Hi Folks,
I was wondering if any of you mobo experts could please recommend a motherboard
that has 2 x LAN ports on it.

And does anyone know wich manufacturer has the most efficient warranty system for motherboards

Many thanks for taking the time to read this

I've got the Z97X-UD5H-BK and you can use both ports at once. Ones an Intel NIC and the others a Qualcom Killer NIC which can be optimised for gaming. The limitation being that you can't team them like on a server board.

It's not the cheapest but it does have a 5 year warranty. You might be better off just buying a cheap board and a seperate card depending on what you're intending to do with it.

Out of being nosey, why do you need 2 LAN ports?
My mobo has 2 and I leave one constantly deactivated, my switch doesn't support teaming so I can't team them and failover isn't something I need as the cable is internally run in conduit and 5m long.

Biostar Hi-Fi Z97WE has dual Realtek Lan that does teaming.

I would go for something with Intel Lan though, less power consumption, and higher output compared to the Killer and Realtek NIC.
