So i'm wondering how to config the monitors so that i can game with it running across two monitors (so the crosshair is at the border of the screens together).
The game i'll be playing is Left 4 Dead.
I'll be running it off a laptop (1280x800), and the external monitor is a 22" (so 1680x1050).
Oh and the graphics in the lappy is the 8600M GS with an up-to-date driver.
Is it possible to do, so when i splitscreen it, it splits monitor by monitor, keeping the native resolution? Or would i have to make the external monitor 1280x800 aswell?
I've googled it but couldn't really find any answers.
Any help is appreciated
