DUAL MONITOR HELP PLZ??

so guys I want to add a second monitor to my setup but I want to game in fullscreen on my primary monitor and for the secondary monitor I want so I can communicate with people on steam, tweeter, facebook and twitch when im live streaming or just playing with friends so I can switch between the two monitors with my game staying in fullscreen !! IT MUST BE POSSIBLE ITS 2014 ?????

Some games have windowed borderless that does what you want but sadly most games dont have it.

It is possible, I do this all the time. You just run the game in Windowed Fullscreen
