What have you done so far? Generally I just connect up both monitors and it displays, I might be missing something but it seems to work fine most of the time. You might need to check that both monitors are recognised in Display Properties and that the image is to be replicated but Windows should be able to handle two monitors easily. I know my laptop can diplay the same image on both without any hassles.
semi-pro's right, as soon as windows knows there are two monitors hooked up it should display the same image on both by default with no further fannying about
