Dual monitor problem

My colleague is running the same twin monitor set up as I am but is having problems with a certain program always opening on the right had monitor. He can obviously drag it accross but the problem is when he tries to connect remotely it wont let him see it or move it as its on the right screen?

Any ideas?

Ive tried dragging it over and maximising it and closes but it still opens on the right hand monitor.

The left monitor is set to the default monitor too so I really cant understand it at all.

Well I don't know why its doing that but you should be able to move the window back to the default window without using the mouse even though it is on the monitor that doesn't exist....

Right click the applications icon/thingy on the task bar and select Move, and then, WITHOUT so much as breathing on the mouse, use the keyboard arrow keys (in this case hold down the left arrow) and the window will be 'dragged' onto what would be the left monitor - if that makes sense!
