Dual monitor question

hey guys, hopefully someone can help. Ive got a 19'ws and a 15' monitor both plugged in which is usefull howerver is there any software or a way of allowing to use the cursor on programs on the 15' without disrupting the 19 inch when in a game for example. If ive got css open and msn convos on the 15' if i click a msn box my game on the 19 inch will imediately minimize.

I hope this makes sense, im rather hungover
