Dual monitor set up - help?

I have two monitors, and they are set out like this.

Monitor 1 - 20" 1600x900 - Monitor used for browsing net, and general PC use.
Monitor 2 - 23" 1920x1080 - Used for gaming/watching HD video, as well as my Xbox 360 (so I can play the 360 and use the PC at the same time on monitor 1).

A simple question, (which I hope has a simple answer). How do I move a "full screen" application to monitor?

Eg. If load up a web browser, I can drag that to the other monitor to use (monitor 2) if I wanted too.

But I load up XBMC for example, it loads up on monitor 1, but I want it on the higher res monitor.

I am guessing there is a simple solution, help?

EDIT: Ignore me, I found something in the options for XBMC. Do most applications have an option to choose your monitor? Or is there a way to set certain ones open on monitor 2?

One of your monitors will be set to "primary". Applications that run in "full screen" - i.e. no borders, title bar etc, like games - will automatically run on this. Some apps will have the option to override, but most won't (In my experience) - so I can think of 3 options:
1/. Permanently set "monitor 2" as your primary - I assume you will only be using it for games and video when your not using the xbox?
2/. Manually change the "primary" around before loading particular apps.
3/. Use 3rd party software - I used to use something called UltraMon back when I used XP, and I think it offered the function to set screens per app - but I would double check before purchasing anything.
