I've got my second monitor set up just now. Everything is going well except, I'm trying to stream coverage of the world cup on my second monitor in full screen but every time I go to use the other main monitor it reduces the world cup screen to it's original size. Is there anyway around this?

i have a question that kinda follows on from this... got my tv plugge din as my second monitor.... now i want to keep the monitor as the primary and the tv as the secondary but sometimes i want to play games on the tv but when i drag the window over and make full screen it goes back to full on the primary monitor. is there a way to make it stay on the tv? such things as BC2 and DDO....
also i remember in eve when i did it before it would have two graphics card options in the video options page, one for each graphics port and that worked fine to set it to the second monitor.... but i dont get that option anymore now :\
