Hi all

At the moment I only game on a old monitor but I'm thinking of a change....

I was wondering how easy it is to set up 2 monitors side by side to game on.. I only play Racing games, truck SIM and BF1....

Any pros/cons

I am looking at treating myself to a couple of monitors from OCUK but only want to spend around £120 each... Or shall I just get a nice Curved monitor for the price of the 2 monitors

Thanks

In all honesty dual monitors are not ideal for gaming. Even if you get monitors with a very thin bezel, the centre of the action (and in FPS games, things like the crosshair) is spread across the edges of the two screens. Three screens work as the centre of the game is in the centre of the middle screen and the joins are not at the most important part of the frame.

Some games also do not play nicely across mutli-monitor setups due to the way they're coded.

In this day and age, if you want to go for ultrawide gaming you are much better off getting an ultrawide monitor.

Thanks for this bud... I did wonder if 3 would be better... I think I'll just spend the money on a wider screen instead of 2.. I'm sure I could he a nice monitor for £200ish
