Hi,

Can anyone recommend any decent 3rd party software for dual monitors?

Ideally to either extend the task bar across both screens or have a duplicate/copy on 2nd monitor.

I've had a quick Google and saw these: -

Any feed back on either of these two or others much appreciated.

Can really recommend DisplayFusion. Used it myself for several years. Might be more than you need. It has a feature set that is a mile long. Even so, my experience is that it is a slim-non-bloat utility, good programming.

Using it myself for setting backgrounds on multiple screens. That I change with hot-keys, depending working or gaming (reference/cheat sheets). Also using hot-keys with save-icons-desktop-positions, when they all decide to go rogue.

Lastly I got to use the taskbar functionality when my U3415W 21:9 showed up. Not for multiple taskbars (supported though), but shrinking it to the middle of my main display (U3415W). Not always easy to find functions, but they are very responsive on their forum. Got help at once:

I'd agree with Display Fusion, been using it for a few years as well. Does seem resource friendly, unless you are using one of it's features you wouldn't know it was there.
