Ok so i have 2 X 22" monitors

I use them for Mutiple Spread Sheets, Photoshop, Films, Gaming.

Not many games support dual monitors so i was wondering if there was anything interesting you could do with them?

I have Ultramon installed! great little program.

Anyone have mutiple monitors and can share your info?

for gaming run in a window, this allows you to move from screen to screen without the game minimising, very handy. Works nicely in wow, source engine games.

in most games there is an option in the video setup to run in a window.

If you keep the game running at your native res and run in a window it will be full screen but with the window bar at the top of it so you move it about.

I believe there is a small fps price to pay for running in a window though.

In source games you can add a couple of switched to the launch options in the game properties which will launch the game in a window but without a border, making it virtually full screen.

Add this to the launch options (source engine games only): -sw -noborder

When in stretch mode you can make windows/games think of the 2 screens as 1 screen, and play at 2560x1024 for example... Any game where you can set all supported reso's will work fine like that.

There are other games that properly natively support more screens, examples are Burnout Paradise, Supreme Commander, Star Trek Armada 2, FSX...
