980Ti Monitors Lag

I have two Asus monitors (same model) both connected to the MSI 980Ti via DisplayPort to HDMI (monitor) but when I enable the second monitor (Extend in Windows), videos on Youtube/Twitch lags quite bad like it is in slow motion however when I switch back to Computer only in Windows, it goes back to normal with no lag, how do I fix this?

Yeah I had this same problem myself on a GTX 780, and never got to the bottom of how to fix it.

I am now on a GTX 1070 and it doesn't suffer the problem.

Have you tried running the videos not in a fullscreen window on your second monitor? I found that the lag went away if the browser window wasn't fullscreen.

I tried normal and fullscreen window but it is the same whether it is on the main or second monitor.
