Quick question with machines with dual PSU's. I have a machine that I'm looking at with two psu's but the 2nd one doesn't seem to be working. The first PSU is plugged into the Main board and fans and the 2nd into the HD,s and CDROM. My question, how would the 2nd PSU know to turn on?
