Dual Screen Setup - Randomly Flashing White

I was getting white flashes on my screen tonight - AW3423DW. It was mainly happening as I opened and closed windows (see video below). I ran a stress test (Timespy Extreme) and the issue didn't happen during the run, but did happen as I opened the software. As I have my PC hooked up to 2 x screens, I switched on the second screen (LG CX48) to see if that was experiencing the same issue and that seems to have solved it.

Is it normal in a 2 screen set up for one of the screens to artefact like this if the second screen is switched off (in standby)?
