I've just set up a Dual screen system at work. Using a 7600GS Card and to Viewsonic 17" lcd screens. They are both running at 1280x1024 resolution.

I want a wallpaper that will span both monitors, (sized 2560x1024) is there a way of doing this or will I have to get an image of 2560x1024 and split it down the middle in Photoshop, making it into two 1280x1024 images, and run each as a seperate wallpaper on each monitor.

I have fiddled with Nvidia control panel but cannot sus it out

Cheers People.

Ultramon lets you span a single image. If you're looking for 2560x1024 then you have the benefit of 2560x1600 wallpapers available for 30" screens (centre them to lose the excess image outside the frame).

Cheers I'll give that a try. I've split an image for the moment. Looks good. Shame I can't keep it for my desk :(

Just put on Ultramon, Nice bit of software cheers :)

You can use any image as long as the res is 2560x1024, even make them yourself. Just set the alignment to 'Tile' and it'll run across both. I've made quite a few myself at 2880x900 (2 19" widescreens).
