Dual System PC - Which CPU?

Hi everyone, happy new year to all.

I'm putting together a dual system pc for a friend. Main system is all finalised with a 5900x, 32gb 3600mhz ram, 3070 FE etc etc etc.

The second system I have the mobo, ram and ssd but am stuck on the CPU. The motherboard is AM4 but wondering whether to purchase the Ryzen 5600g. It will be used to stream only, not to game from. Will it be man enough for the job?

5600g be more than enough for the job. if just streaming and office stuff id be inclined to save a lot of cash and get a 3000 series apu 2nd hand

Yeah the 5600G is solid for most tasks. I found the 5700G to very impressive in all workloads. Great chips.

It's too late as we have the parts for system 2 already. Alderlake might be on the cards for the main system somewhere down the line.

Elgato 4k60 pro mk2

Just the motherboard to upgrade on system one. Everything in one case. Should be one happy customer.
