Ducky 5 spring "grind"

I got a Ducky shine 5 last year and while its been a great KB, I've noticed the D key omits a sound that is best described as a grinding spring when you let go? Is this a thing thats common on mechanical boards and is it fixable?

You could fix it but you'd have to take it apart and resolder a new switch onto it voiding warranty, if it's annoying enough then the best option is to RMA.

Thanks. Once Ive noticed it I cant forget it. I will have to see what the RMA process is like from OCUK regarding Ducky boards then.
