It should be. Uk layout normally means qwerty iso layout.

The pictures show ANSI (us) layout.

These are UK layout.

General rule with Ducky as we sometimes only get US layout images, but if there is a UK in the part number then it will UK layout.

In the case of the Zero's DK2108-xUKxxx.
