ducky shin e 5 key alignment

Hi

Can anyone tell me if this is normal please?

I got a Ducky shine 5 today and the first thing i notice, it sticks out like a sore thumb. The up volume key in the top right is out of line.

The switch even looks slightly raised.

It is in the keyboard properly and has no movement. Can i sort this some how?

This is my first mechanical keyboard so i really have no idea about mechanical switches.

Hmm, I would contact the place that you purchased it from and see what they say about it. Personally I would want that to be replaced with a new item!

All the hassle of returning for a key that is 0.5mm out of alignment. Yes it's not perfect but does it really effect its use?

Gotta be better things to worry about.
