Ducky shine 3 issues

OK I have a ducky shine 3 ...and every now and then for some reason I am unable to type with it unless I take out the USB cable form the PC and then plug it back in again...this happens about twice a day , also I have noticed issues when gaming ie I need to re-press any keys I'm using to get any response, any ideas ?

Have you tried a firmware update and factory reset?

well stuie I have done the factory reset quite a few times ...but i was unaware of firmware for the keyboard ?

yeah, get the latest firmware on there and if its still doing it then consider a return.
