So, I've got my hands on the Ducky Shine 3 ordered the other day. Still getting used to things at the moment.
Anyway, I've been moving through the various ALT+F10 options, so changing between all LED's Off, All On, snake effect, pulsing etc.
I have however noticed the following things:

1. I've set the keyboard to 100% LED's Illuminated. The following keys however are not:
F2, F3, F4, F6, F7, F8 & J
Caps & ScrLk are of course off, but do switch on when I press them.

2. Setting to "Reactive Mode (Fade Effect) seems to do nothing. I'm left with all LED's off, but pressing the keys doesn't seem to make any effect happen.

I'm guessing that the keys that are not lit are indeed supposed to be? And I'm guessing this is something that can only really be fixed by getting it replaced?

OK, my mistake on the F keys.
An ALT+F9 appears to have switched those on. However "J" is still dark on an otherwise illuminated keyboard.

Answered my own question :)
Keycaps removed on "J" and a random other "K". The LED under "K" is lovely and bright, the one under my non-illuminated "J" key just isn't on at all, so looks like a faulty LED.
So where as I'd like to have got used to this keyboard I'm going to have to arrange an RMA and they have the hassle of sending heavy packages back over the Christmas period.
Grrrrrr.
