Hi guys,

We have received word of our allocation of the Year of The Monkey Limited Edition keyboards, and it is very limited:

Brown Switch 10pcs
Black Switch 3pcs
Blue Switch 3pcs
Red Switch 4pcs

The keyboards have RGB lighting, side RGB lighting for underglow, a la the Honda Civics from "The Fast and The Furious", and anybody wondering what the black arm is on the right hand side of the keyboard it's an included mouse bungee (which can also be installed on the left of the KB for lefties). They are also fully programmable and have DIP switches for choosing which mode you want to operate in. The production number is printed on the leading edge of the keyboard so you and your fellow YOTM keyboard owners can look at it and feel superior knowing you own a piece of keyboard history :)

Only 2016 of these keyboards have been made so if you or your friends want any then please pre-order ASAP to avoid disappointment. We will fulfill on a first come first served basis. As soon as our allocation has been sold out I will stop orders being taken on those versions.

While £200 is a lot of money, I wouldn't call it an insane amount. There are only 2016 of these made so they don't build up the efficiency of an extended production run to bring down production cost. While that doesn't account for all of the increase, the fact there are so few increases the cost too. Supply and demand rules are inescapable...
 
I love the look of them and I'd love one but at £200 I couldn't bring myself to buy, I got a Q-Pad MX blue for £60 here almost 3 years ago, I know these are much better but not £140 better! Also at this price one thing I'd want is a wrist rest, I know mine has snapped in one place but it still works.

I though that £160 was expensive for my Ducky Shire 4 special edition then I got the keyboard and the quality is amazing I would not complain about spending £200 for this keyboard but as this one is still flawless it is just impossible to justify. Still tempted though.
