Due an upgrade, not sure what to choose.

I'm planning an upgrade, my current set up is a 6700k, 32gb ddr4 3000mhz, 5700xt and an Evga 1000w GQ in an Inwin 904 (beautiful case, terrible airflow)

The only thing I plan to keep is the PSU, possibly the ram too, what do you guys think would be better.

I7-13700K(KF) with a Socket 1700 Gigabyte B660 Gaming, keep my ram, either 4080 or 7900xt, fractal torrent rgb
or
Ryzen 7700x, Assu TUF Gaming B650, Kingston 32gb 5600mhz DDR5, either 4080 or 7900xt, fractal torrent rgb

Roughly £300ish difference between these,

More info needed like what's the pc main use , gaming if yes what resoloution.?

Yeah its just gaming every once in a while, mainly COD, I have a 240Hz 2k monitor, so 1440p is ideal.

Either cpu would be a good choice but wait for full reviews of 13700k.
