duff board

As title msi k7n2 board gone duff, so have a athlon 2000,fx5600 agp card, 512 ddr133 ram, and few other bits, what do you think is the best way to go with this repair as the boards that i can find on the net are not the same spec one way or anther as the msi board.
Do you think these motherboard bundles are good? if so what do i look for to give me equivalent system as before?
Not a bottomless pit but could strech a bit but not sure what to look for so as to reuse H/Drives etc.

This would be a cheap upgrade:

If your not a gamer you can drop the graphics card and save £62 or so (the motherboard has onboard graphics which are not bad).

Forgot to add a CPU cooler to it though, cheap £5 job will do
