Yesterday just finished building my new PC and everything was working fine, this morning I played a little battlefield 4 and it crashed while I was playing it, then when rebooting I had large white pixels on the bios screen and then green artefacts all over the screen when windows tried to boot, then no display. If I power off and back on it does it again, if I remove the card and use the on-board display all is fine.

To me the card sounds duff just wanted to confirm with you guys :) Also if I return this to overclockers today will they replace it or will I have to wait for them to check it?

Thanks

I have also had to RMA a AMD card back to OcUK and the replacement was sent back on the same day the duff card arrived, their CS is outstanding.

Defo sounds like the 290 is goosed.

well couldn't wait so I went to OCUK store and they checked it confirmed it was dead and gave me a replacement so will see how this one goes but as I've come to expect very good CS!
