Duff monitor?

Has anyone had this with a monitor. Its not the graphics card as its fine on another monitor. Only the HDMI output as well

Tried a couple. Going to dismantle the monitor off my sim rig and test on PC downstairs

Edit: Connect to laptop, same problem

Therefore faulty monitor
