Yup, fine. Theres a hi-res pack also. I liked in the bathroom, there's a alien taking a poo...so just slide in a pipe bomb under the door, step back and press the button!

Played it with the hi-res pack on xp very easily, still a class game. I seem to remember a 3dfx patch for it too way back but wasnt impressed at how 'muddy' everything looked

There are plenty of ports that work fine (after all they were basically built from the ground up on XP). But if you want to play it in the original unmodified way it is possible to get it to run on XP. I got it to run perfectly with sound and everything. There is a guide for it somewhere.

By using DOSbox (DOS emulator) I got a few old games to work with sound, like Frontier + Doom.
