Dumb Keyboard / Mouse Question...

I have the receiver for my MX-Revolution mouse plugged into one of the USB ports on my Keyboard (G11). I think it's a good use for it, since these ports don't have enough power to run anything 'taxing' - such as my USB flash drive.
