Dumb question, how'd you use fan clips on CPU coolers?

The Gelid Tranquillo instructions just say "attach fan".

It's really simple but i'm lost. Feel free to laugh at me.

Thats one BIG heatsink & fan

Looks like the wires hook in the fans screw holes and then clip around the heatsink body
