Dumb smart meter?

I hope this is the right to place ask.
We had smart meters installed some months ago and started having health problems so asked our energy supplier to take them out which they refused.
So after many emails they agreed to 'dumb' the meters.
I'm not convinced they are dumb, so can anyone on here tell me if the meters are now dumb would the Wan and SW lights still flash? I'm not sure what type of meters they are but the electricity one says SKU Cellular on it.

Yes both myself and husband had health problems since these meters have been fittedfitted.

Yes we have mobile phones, but they are only for emergency use, they are not used daily and if they are used we use the speaker on them.

No one here can professionally tell you how safe these devices are for you and your health concerns.

You need to talk to a qualified doctor who can see you personally.

And that's why health issues are not meant to be discussed here.
