Villeneuve dune is boring as hell. Looks great, and the battle sequences are brill...but boy does it drag.
I'm inclined to agree, after a fashion. Villeneuve's Dune does what is does so beautifully but it does so little of it given the run time. In some respects for all that it's a mess I like the ambition to try and tell the whole story in Lynch's version.Villeneuve dune is boring as hell. Much prefer that pronunciation of Harkonnen, my first dip in to Dune was Dune 2000 on PS1 and it used clips from the Lynch film so I guess that makes sense.
So you enjoyed where they were throwing hadoukens near the end of the movie? It's slow . I got bored of it. Plus acting cast is nothing like David lynches version
