I have a weird problem at one of my clients, basically we have setup a global diary which is just a mail enabled public folder.
When a user wants to book themselves out for a meeting then they add the global diary in as an invitee, this first part works fine.
It's when you come to make changes, rather than editing the pre-existing appointment, it creates a completely new one and then leaves the original one alone, sometimes it says that the original one is out of date but surely it should be amending rather than creating.
Has anyone seen this problem before?
