Duplicate Image Finder/Remover software?

Does anyone know of a decent program that searches your disk for duplicate images and allows you to delete them en masse? I've found one thats located 1000's on my drive but will only allow you to delete each one individually which is a pain. It needs to be windows based. TIA.

just becareful when you use one, dont just delete without checking they are the same picture/file.

There is a nice tool here:

it can find similar images and supports 300+ image formats.
