Dust 514 beta signups.

Got my beta key via PlayStation Home.

Do the silly quests in the E3 area, then enter the Dust514 area, speak to the recruiter and do as he says

Its not easy.

Lost patience and got the misses to do it

3 hours later and I had a key.
 
Looks like the Dust514 area in the Playstation Home still has keys left (at least for the EU). Despite what people say, you don't actually have to win a game of slay to get your key - just keep skipping your turns until you lose and then go watch the 4 videos about the races of EVE. After you've done that there's a terminal to the left of the Gallente one that'll give you your key :D Though it's worth noting that winning a game of Slay nets you a dropsuit for your Home avatar.
