Dust Filter/ Case & LED on/off

Looking for Case that has good cooling and dust filters but also would like a switch to turn off the Fan LEDS for Around £80-100, I would like to purchase the Landcool Dragon but does not seem to have LED off Switch? any ideas?

Coolermaster CM690 II Advanced is good or the Coolermaster Storm Scout is also good

I've ordered one of these, Lancool Dragon-Lord PC-K62 Mid Tower Case with Window - Black. I should have it by tomorrow so will be able to tell you what it is like.

I can't find anywhere to turn on and off the LEDs on the Lancool, sorry. However, it is a very strong case and easy to use as it's tool less. No corners have been cut here.
