dust filters and fan controller antec 300

Hi Guys,

I have an antec 300 with all of the optional fans (5 fans in total), currently there is only fan filters on the front 2 (protecting the HDD bays), I want to add more dust protectors in, is there any point putting them over the fans that blow out? In addition to this I want to put a fan controller in (so i can crank up the fans when im running heavy computation) any recomendations?

i run the same configurations as yourself in terms of fans. Just get a dust filtet for the side fan, you only need filters for the fans that are intaking air.
Fan controller wise the zalman MFC1 looks great, i have it in the top drive bay of my antec 300 with the 2nd down as the optical drive and it looks fab

great, I thought i only needed a dust filter for the side fan, I opened it up yesterday after 6 months a lot of dust in there lol. I was also thinking about shifting my optical drive down to the 2nd bay as the button is dangerously close to the power button
