Hi, l have a FTO1-positive air pressure it does make a difference keeps the inside of a case clean as the dust can not get in via any nooks and crannies.
I have positive airflow in my case and I still put a dust filter on the top exhaust which I regularly need to clean. When the PC is switched off, mavity will cause dust to settle inside your PC.
