Having built my custom case and had the pc running for a few weeks, noticed that it's getting dusty inside, and access isn't great and to remove everything from the case to clean it is a bit of a mission.

So I was thinking fan filters, seen some akasa 140mm ones I can put on the intake fans, but I'm concerned about limiting my airflow.

At present the temps inside the case seem to be pretty good and stable, and I'd rather not sacrifice this as I don't want to damage components with heat.

Will fan filters affect my airflow significantly to affect my temperatures

Ok thanks for your replies.

Guess I'll buy some and see what happens. As the case is a converted drawer unit, I'll have to work out a way to seal the edges of the drawer fronts

Hard to tell
What it is you want to seal
Without a picture
But painters caulk is probably what you want
Or silicone caulk maybe
The draw fronts have been screwed together and a fan duct vacuum formed behind them and sikaflexed in place, and they have been hinged.

As per the below images
