Dusty pc solution?

here are pictures of my mc (current PackardBell iMedia) and i hate it but i gotta take care of it so whe ni decided to clean it after 2 years (lol ino) this is what i found 0.0 behold

Now that its all cleard up my pc is working about 50% quieter!!!!
also this is how much dust was in the heatsink alone!

any ways to avoid this happening to my new pc (which im gonna build soon )?
i mean i dont wanna clean my pc every week cos that takes an hour =[

the high pressure pushes the air out quickly which pushes ouit all of t3h evil d00st lol

lol cleaining was a preety fun part except taht the heatsing was conected to psu and i had to hold the damn thing in 1 hand while cleaing with other = not fun and sore arm after 10 min of doing that =[ damn u asus heatsink lol
