Duty Free Cigs - Legally sell?

Cut a long story short.

Bought back a few 200 packs of cigs for personal use, but I have now stopped smoking. Any legal ways that I am aloud to sell these, or will they have to be destoryed or offer to pay tax on them?

No easy way of legally selling them as far as I am aware. You could always open a shop, acquire a license to sell cigs, then sell them that way, but it might be long winded.

You could give them as a gift to someone on the agreement that they donate to charity.

Pretty sure that's legal.

Course I'll end up giving them to friends for free, I think thats keeping it legal, just would rather recoup the cost but don't want to break any tax laws ( joining the police in the near future

I don't think selling off some fags you bought on holiday is going to land you in prison dude, unless it's a transit van full of them.

Lol that reminds me of the guy that insured his rare cigars for £££, then claimed as they had been destoyed in a 'fire', insurance had too pay until they counter sued for arson!

My Friend really wants to have a copy of my david Gray CD and i was wondering is there a legal way i can burn him a disc. I have a CD Writer and a blank disc but i just cant bring myself to break the law

I know what it's like, couple of me friends are Coppers, it's the fact you get too relax once in, not before!

When I lived in Essex, if you've watched Ideal you would know where the local dealers got there 'best' supplies from!
