With such lovely weather at the weekend it would have been rude not to have travelled down to Duxford and it seems like i wasn't the only one who decided to go!

A few pictures from a very hot but enjoyable day!

Thanks for looking, all comments welcomed and appreciated!

very nice photos, especially like the one with the moon in it, well caught.

lens details are in the flickr photos if you click them then click on the camera details.

thanks for the comments guys.

It is indeed the Canon 100-400 on a 7D.

And no, moon was not photoshopped in afterwards :) It was one of the last acts of the day and all the way through i had been waiting for something to be in the right place. Not the shot i was hoping for if i'm honest but at least i got one!

Sitting in the house awaiting delivery of my first DSLR, it is shots like these that have inspired me to take it up.
I am very impressed, they are amazing!

Hmmm, another mooner here

i cant wait for waddington , saved up for me 550d and am looking at a 55-250 or 70-300 not sure wich way to go as budget is very tight

Excellent stuff. Lanc and Spit look fantastic as does the F-16. You wouldn't think the falcon is heading towards 40 years service and is still one of the best pound for pound multirole fighter bombers out there.
