DVD/BD Ripping

Can anyone recommend a decent DVD and Bluray ripping software to preferably MP4 or maybe MKV?

I've tried Handbrake however it doesn't seem to work on a fair few of my DVD's (is this due to the copy right protection?)

And also tried DVD Fab HD Decrypter but the separate folders for video and audio look untidy.....just want one single file and it is also leaving a watermark at the beginning!

I use MakeMKV then Handbrake after to shrink the file size.

I use MakeMKV and I've only had a handful of films that I haven't been able to rip (maybe 6 out of 700 odd dvds and blu rays)

I don't use Handbrake but you can use it

Cool thanks guys!

I'll give MakeMKV a try tonight. I'll probably leave them the same size and then if I ever run out of storage on my server I'll use handbrake to shrink them
