DVD Conversion - Sync Issues

I've converted my Season One DVD of Grey's Anatomy to .avi using DVD Decrypter and GTK but the audio is out of sync with the visual - any idea why that might be?

I am going to try and do it again, but I've changed no settings since I last used the software.

Try using AutoGK, see how things turn out.
