DVD drive doesn't turn on

Hi guys,

Bought a new PC from overclockers and I'm trying to install the OS but when I turn the computer on and press the button on the dvd drive, it doesn't open?

Any help would be appreciated.

I've also tried going into the bios but whenever I press the key for the bios, nothing happens. Everything is fully connected.

*Double check* it is all connected I made a fool of myself a while back with a friends computer with the SATA cable being sneakily loose, It's easily done

Is it detected on the POST screen?

Ah, checking it again I find that there are actually two cables that need to be plugged into the DVD drive.. Derp

Oh well, at least it's not my fault, instead it's ove of the guys at overclockers who built the pc lol.
