Nero's got really bloated these days.Assuming you only have one DVD drive, ImgBurn will let you write a DVD to your hard drive as a disc image and then burn a copy of it. It's also about 2MB!
Problem is that if it's a commercial DVD you're copying, it will have some form of copy protection. It can be circumvented, but it's illegal so we can't discuss it here.
