DVD info grabber?

I've recently ripped a load of my dvd's onto my computer as I find it's easier than finding the disk. The downside is that unless I know the movie, I generally can't remember who's in it or what it's about.

Is there any app, or even a way I can knock something together myself that will retrieve the information of a dvd? Maybe store it in the 'comments' section of the properties tab, or even dump all the info into a text file in the same directory as the films?

Maybe a script or something that could be run that will retrieve the info from imdb or something?

Folderise your DVDs and it will place a simple xml file in to the folder as well as the retrieved backdrops and folder art.

Works even better in conjunction with Media Browser (for WMC) and doesn't need to kill your machine by using SQL, like My Movies does
